Club Nights

Club Nights are held on each Wednesday evening starting in October and running through until March each season. The Club Nights are run by the Kawana Aquatics Centre staff, including selected Kawana Waters Swim Club coaching staff.

The purpose of these nights is to introduce swimmers, particularly younger swimmers, to a competitive environment and allow the swimmers to practice racing while enjoying the social aspect with family and friends. Club Nights commence at 6:15pm sharp (swimmers need to be on deck no later than 6:00pm) and conclude by 7:30pm.

Events are conducted in each of the four strokes for 25m, 50m and 100m distances at each Club Night. Swimmers are not required to swim all strokes.

Event nomination occurs at the pool from 4:30pm onwards on each Wednesday afternoon up until 6.00pm prior to the commencement of racing.

Further information can be found in the Club Night Booklet.
